The best free paper OR the most difficult case with the best microsurgical reconstruction solution will receive an award.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The following refunds will aply from the date of receipt of notification:
On or before June 1, 2024: 100% refund less an administration fee of 75,00 EURO
On or before July 1, 2024: 75% refund
On or before August 1, 2024: 50% refund
After September 1, 2024: No refund available
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original re-
ceipt of funds. No refund will be made after September 1, 2024, however an al-
ternative delegate name may be nominated in writing and the booking and
funds will be allocated accordingly (for an administration fee of 75,00 Euro).
